About Us
What National Faith Homebuyers is all about is really quite simple: giving people a chance to buy a home and stay there. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, our objective is to assist people who need extra help purchasing and staying in a home.
While our program first began in Washtenaw County, Michigan, we are now assisting homebuyers in Detroit, Michigan and Atlanta, Georgia. We continue to support homebuying programs everywhere we can.
At National Faith, we are improving neighborhoods one house at a time.
Our Mission
National Faith offers a variety of services to assist people in purchasing new homes and staying in the homes in which they already live. The goal of our programs and services is to educate our clients to be independent and make smart financial choices. We encourage our clients to become independent of governmental assistance.
Our services include:

- First time homebuyer counseling
- Foreclosure assistance and prevention
- Financial literacy programs
Our Story
National Faith was founded by Dina Harris. She began this program to help people like herself: those who wanted to purchase a home but needed extra guidance to achieve that goal.
Dina brings with her four decades of experience in the housing industry. Before she began National Faith HomeBuyers, she served as a deputy and executive director in public housing.
