In partnership between the Redford Union School District, South Redford School District, Redford Church Alliance, Real Estate 411 and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) we are offering a workshop to help you understand the many options available in today’s world and determine the best go forward strategy for your unique situation.
Workshop Topics
- “Step Forward Michigan Program” : What types of programs do they have and how can they help my situation? Do I qualify? Do I have to pay this money back?
- Loan Modification: How do I apply and will that help me? If I do want to apply, what is the process?
- Short Sale: What is it and how will it affect my future?
- Legislation: The Legislation has changed recently, how will that affect my situation?
